70809 Radiator Fan Shroud for Roadster, Blemished

This is the same item as our 70772 shroud.
We understand that part of the joy of building a roadster is receiving, unpacking and inspecting your new parts. We won’t send you anything that we think might disappoint you. Our shrouds are fabricated in New Hampshire from 5052 aluminum sheet. The material is generally handled carefully but is not a final cosmetic product. Shadows, scratches, stains, fingerprints and footprints do occur. If these blemishes don’t wipe off with acetone to an acceptable level then we set that piece aside and it becomes a 70809. If you will be powder-coating your shroud or just don’t mind some blemishes then you can save $20 by ordering this part number.
Also there are 4 welds on each shroud and when we come across a chunky or ugly weld, or if a wire brush was used on it, we set that piece aside. If you’re happy to dress one or more welds then order this part number and mention “chunky weld OK” in the “Order notes (optional)” field during checkout and we will take and additional $10 off your bill.

Note that once your shroud is installed, the only visible area is the top side and the welds on the top 2 corners.
