Big Bore Vent Check Valve Kit

The vent-check valve (also referred to as a roll-over or tip-over valve) in this kit replaces the check valve in the 1987 – 1993 style Mustang fuel tanks found in the FFR Roadster, 289 FIA, Coupe, and ’35 Pickup kits. It also fits the ’33 Hot Rod fuel tank. It is designed to flow more air than the stock valve. This allows the tank to be filled faster by allowing displaced air to escape without backing up the filler neck. The valve body is black delrin and the check ball is 316 stainless. The kit includes a 1/2″ hose barbed elbow fitting and 5′ of 1/2″ ID of fuel vapor hose to route the vent to the passenger side wheel-well and up to the filler neck level.
