Hood Prop Rod Kit, Single, Passenger Side, Stainless Steel

This hood prop rod replaces gas struts and works with any hood hinge. This rod mounts on the passenger side of the engine compartment in a 5/16″ hole drilled in the 3/4″ frame tube. The receiver mounts to the hood liner with 3/16″ aluminum rivets. The rod is tensioned in position in the receiver and stands up to heavy breezes.
